Add Work item while checking using TF.exe

I am using TFS Source control check-in policy "Work Items" to enforce attaching work items whenever someone check-in the code. It works all good but I also have MSBuild script to check-in some configuration files during the build. Is there a way to attach work items using TF.exe command line?
I am using tf.exe to check-in files during the build. But I can not find a way to attach work items using tf.exe.
Is this possible by any way?
Thanks in advance.

unfortunately you can not do this using tf.exe command line.

However, for your problem what you could do is to bypass check-in policy during automated build script using tf.exe /override switch
for example:
tf.exe checkin c:\workSpaceFilepath /comment:"some comment" /override:"Automated Build Process"

I hope this helps.

Note: you can not even attach changeset to workitem using tfs power tools (tfpt.exe).
