Duplicate SKU on website search, WHY?

Im not a programmer. Can you tell me if this code is written to duplicate the same SKU# results? The issue is our website (vaxcel.com) is resulting with double SKU# and it wasn't last week - both in search window at top right and in menu to left. No one has altered code and not understanding why it changed. Any suggestions or insights would be helpful! > L

Copy of code that I saw:

<div class="products" style="margin-top:-45px;">
<div class="p-left float-l">
<div class="product " id="H0099">
<div class="thumb">
<div class="table-center">
<div class="row">
<div class="cell">
<img src="http://vaxcel.com/includes/image.php?width=88&;image=http://vaxcel.com/images/products/H0099.jpg"; alt="" data="http://vaxcel.com/products/action/view/product/H0099";/>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="info">
<div class="pid">H0099</div>
<div class="pline">Calais 5L Chandelier Satin Nickel </div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="product " id="H0099">
<div class="thumb">
<div class="table-center">
<div class="row">
<div class="cell">
<img src="http://vaxcel.com/includes/image.php?width=88&;image=http://vaxcel.com/images/products/H0099.jpg"; alt="" data="http://vaxcel.com/products/action/view/product/H0099";/>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="info">
<div class="pid">H0099</div>
<div class="pline">Calais 5L Chandelier Satin Nickel </div>
</div>
</div>

This is just the output (end result) HTML code. Seems like your internal logic is changed either at programming level or database level. Can you share programming code responsible for this logic. Which programming language do you use?

I don't know where to find this info > nor the language used. But if you are stating that is the only 2 options that helps a lot. Vender is wanting to charge to find within their own code why it is behaving like this. I feel it is either in the DB or the code, right?

Yes. It should be either DB or code. HTML you posted is just the UI to display the result. Are you aware of any recent DB changes or code changes?

I just looked into your website vaxcel.com and I see your problem there. I think your website is written in PHP. Either there is php programming error or data error.

The vender responsible for code is stated they did not alter code. We did not either. Vender is wanting us to pay for them to find why code is behaving this way. This server has also the old site with an old DB could the query be pulling from 2 dif DB and resulting on one page? Whatever the case you feel it comes down to code rather than 2 DB resulting on one page? it would help to challenge the vender in their involvement since we didn't alter anything.
